We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Have a valid Steam account in good standing
  • Own a legitimate copy of the games you play on our servers
  • Not be currently banned from our Services

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Steam account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate information when required
  • Keeping your email address up to date

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

4. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

  • Evade bans using alternate accounts

  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

5. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Our Services may include virtual currency ("Credits") and purchasable items:

  • Credits have no real-world monetary value
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify prices and availability at any time
  • Purchased items may be modified or removed for balancing purposes
  • Credits and items cannot be transferred between accounts

If your account is banned for violating these Terms, you forfeit all Credits and purchased items.

6. Enforcement and Bans

We reserve the right to enforce these Terms at our discretion, including:

  • Warning players for minor violations
  • Muting or restricting communication privileges
  • Temporary or permanent bans from specific servers
  • Global bans from all Synergize services
  • Removal of Credits, items, or statistics

Ban decisions are made by our staff team and are generally final. You may appeal a ban through our Discord server if you believe it was issued in error.

Attempting to evade a ban will result in an extension or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and servers, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Synergize Gaming Community or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including:

  • Steam (Valve Corporation)
  • Discord
  • Payment processors

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items due to technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergize Gaming Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergize Gaming Community and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
